Job Requirements：

Above 15 years working experiences of Finance in a multinational pharma manufacturing plant in China, with IT management and Risk management experience.

Solid experience in cost control

Proficient financial knowledge of modeling, analysis, evaluation, and forecasting with strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to use internal and external data to drive planning

Good knowledge of US/China Generally Accepted Accounting Standards (US/China GAAP) or International Accounting Standards.

Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and business ethics, which enable liaison and negotiations with internal and external parties.

Excellent English, including oral and written. 

Specific Responsibilities：

Setting up appropriate financial policies, procedures and systems to ensure business in China is in compliance of US/China GAAP. Ensure budget of Opex and Capex are well prepared and managed through every fiscal year. 

Manage and control the cost of the factory. 

Leading factory efforts in driving for continuous cost improvement and design proper key performance indicators (KPI's) to drive business performance improvement.

Assist in special projects such as acquisitions, expansion, and other finance related ad-hoc projects.

Build China functional team. Train, develop and motivate subordinates.

Ensure all IT related projects are implemented on time on budget and systems are well maintained. Co-lead the ERP project in China.

Ensure FDA/CFDA, EHS requirement is met within functional responsibilities. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
